Just because you are at a neighborhood watering-hole doesn't mean that you have to settle for a sub-par cocktail.  At Tonique we take a fresh approach to making cocktails, similar to how you would make them at home.  The only ingredients that we keep behind our bar are things that we can make or squeeze fresh ourselves.  We hand make our own Tonic Water and Ginger Beer.  We squeeze all of our juices from fresh fruit everyday, and we have a massive collection of hard-to-find bitters and cocktail tinctures. 
      As far as the cocktails themselves, we took recipes from pre- and post-prohibition cocktail books and adapted them to today's tastes and ingredients.  While there are a lot of great places that you can go to get a new-age fancy cocktail, we like to focus on classics like the Sazerac, The Jack Rose, and the Aviation. But no matter what base spirit you prefer or whether you like sweet, sour, or bitter, our bartenders can help you find a cocktail that you are really gonna love.
